Strictly HVAC LLC, doing business as MINI-SPLITZ.
Agreement to Terms
By using the MINI-SPLITZ website and instant price estimator, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Age Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to request a quote, order equipment, or schedule installation or service from MINI-SPLITZ. By submitting the instant price form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must submit the request and agree to these terms on your behalf.
Instant Price Estimates
The price range shown after submitting the form is an estimate based on the selections you provide. It is not a final quote. A final, exact price requires an on-site evaluation of your home or business.
Services
MINI-SPLITZ provides ductless mini-split installation, service, and related HVAC work in Montana’s Flathead Valley. All work is performed by a local owner/installer. Scheduling and availability are confirmed directly with you.
User Information
You agree to provide accurate contact and project information so we can respond to your request. We will use your information only to communicate with you about your project, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Text Message Terms
If you check the text-message consent box and submit the instant price form, you agree to receive messages from MINI-SPLITZ about your quote, scheduling, and service updates, as well as occasional promotional texts about offers and specials. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Limitation of Liability
MINI-SPLITZ is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on online estimates. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date.
